Dear Adaptive Lover,
Are you looking for some integration help?
Do you need a new integration setup? Has your current integration stopped working due to new columns or structure changes?
At QBIX we have handled various (sometimes complicated) inbound and outbound integrations, and thrive at making them dynamic, robust, and low-maintenance.
We have experience with the following integration modules within Workday Adaptive Planning:
- Native integrations:
- NetSuite
- Including Saved Searches and Cabinets (with an auto-deployment within NetSuite)
- Great Plains
- Intacct
- Workday FINS (ERP) and Workday HCM
- Salesforce
- NetSuite
- JDBC integrations:
- Any SQL or Oracle on-premise ERPs or databases – using a JDBC or ODBC connection
- SFTP integrations
- To any SFTP server, with the possibility to do a PGP encryption
- Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS)
- Microsoft Business Central ERP
- NetSuite File Cabinets (if you prefer depositing your files manually)
- AWS S3
- Snowflake (via AWS S3 or JDBC, not recommended)
- Import data from Google Sheets
- Excel integrations.
- Excel integrations handle manual data imports for you. By building a template based on the format of your files, Adaptive can prepare and manipulate the data instantly, allowing for seamless integration with any data that can be exported to Excel.
- Outbound integrations
- Do you want to feed data from Adaptive into other data analytics tools (eg. Tableau, Looker) or send back budget information to your ERP? We can send your calculated metrics or forecast data out of Adaptive to AWS S3 or an SFTP server, streamlining this process.
- MetaData Loaders
- Are you tired of manually adding new GLs, levels, or dimensions and manually mapping them because your integration failed? Metadata loaders can be used to avoid this painful task! Adaptive will automatically add your GLs, Levels, and dimensions from the source system and map them for you!
Here are a couple of fun examples we handled:
- Imported insurance applications from a Snowflake data warehouse into Adaptive to calculate the cost of acquisitions or investor relations metrics
- Imported GL, department, and other dimensions (eg. projects, products) from the ERP to avoid manually adding and mapping them.
- Exported forecasts by department and entity back to the ERP
- Exported forecasts and other calculations from Adaptive to be then used in other data visualization tools eg. Tableau
- Imported transactional details stored on AWS S3.
- Imported Outputs from revenue models built in Google Sheets seamlessly
- Imported Open requisitions maintained by Business Owners from Google Sheets seamlessly
